Benue state is one of the middle Belt states in Nigeria with it slogan “Food Basket of the Nation”. It is inhabited mainly by the Tiv, Idoma, Igede and Etulo languages respectively with 23 local government areas. It capital is Makurdi and the state is a rich agricultural region popularly grown crops includes; oranges, yam, rice, groundnuts, mangoes, guinea corn, cassava etc. In as much as Benue state is blessed with food and good soil, the state is faced with the issue of insecurity which is the concern of everyone. After his death, alot of people laid serious accusation on the former governor of Benue state, Gabriel Suswam and the present governor, Samuel Ortom for been responsible for his death. Even if the accusation was true or false his boys may find a way to avenge their leader’s death. The federal government has given directives to all its workers on grade level 12 and below to stay and work from home till the end of March, as measures to ensure adherence to covid-19 rules to restrain spread of the virus. It is no longer news that covid-19 has taken so many lives and it has brought serious negative impact on businesses across the globe. The federal government in her own capacity has done and is still doing everything possible to stop the spread of the virus to save so many lives in Nigeria. The federal government has worked so hard so that the virus vaccine will be available in the country for the safety of the citizens. Before I conclude this write up permit me to seek for your opinion regarding the federal government directives to its workers on grade level 12 and below. Is the federal government right or wrong for such directive?

It is heard and seen some hours ago in a video shared on social media (facebook) where the popular Nigerian super star in person of DAVIDO was seen in a happy mood with his friends speaking on hitting Benue state and he outrightly made mention of Makurdi and Otukpo. He went ahead to say his visit to Benue state will be on the 26th December, 2020, he also made mention of storming the State. It was reported that fem hitmaker, Davido pays a visit to his mother land (Ghana) a week ago. After all the good and ugly experiences, the Nigerian super star came out boldly and made a statement on his instagram page to let the whole world know about his immense love for Ghana. It was said that when Davido immediately touched down in Ghana, he struck a nice connection with one Ghana's front-runners in dance hall music in person of Stonebwoy where they had a nice time together.
